This beautiful Toluca Lake home was designed and built by Robert Byrd in 1948. Audie Murphy and his family purchased the home in 1956 and lived there until he passed away in 1971.

Audie Murphy was one of the most decorated soldiers of WWII. He won every possible award including the Medal of Honor. His bestselling autobiography, To Hell and Back, was turned into a movie, starring himself.
